Ingredients: 1½ pounds red potatoes (about 8 potatoes), cut into cubes ½ cup light Italian dressing ½ tablespoon spicy brown mustard 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper  ½ cup chopped red bell pepper ½ cup chopped green bell pepper ½ cup chopped green onions Preparation: 1. It's a decidedly rich, comforting chicken soup with a silky broth that's heavily scented with lemon. Delicious! Servings: 6 Total Time: 30min. Ingredients: 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth.  3/4 cup long-grain rice. 3 chicken breast halves, skinless, cooked and shredded. 2 eggs. 1/3 cup lemon juice .  Lemon slices, for garnish Directions: 1. In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth and rice to a boil. Reduce heat,cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.  2.
