Food gives us a sense of satisfaction. The food we eat and the way we eat it becomes our eating habit. Many eating habits we learn from our elders. For example, cooking and eating methods.

Nutrition is what we need to keep our bodies healthy and strong according to our physical needs. 

In our country, nutrition usually means tasting. While nutrition means the food we are eating according to our physical needs. It should be properly digested. It meets our physical energy needs. It enhances immunity against diseases. It completes our physical development. For all this, it is important to eat a balanced diet.

 A balanced diet is a diet that contains all the nutrients. Nutrients includes carbohydrates, proteins, salts, fats. Etc

Sugar, starch and fiber are usually grouped together because they are all carbohydrates. Vitamins and salts are needed in small quantities. Almost every food commodity contains different nutrients. They are divided into groups to understand them in a simple way.
